Dr. Fred Stark
Dr. Stark discovered his passion for dentistry while studying abroad in Sydney, Australia, spending 3 months shadowing a ‘super dentist’. He completed his undergraduate studies at Indiana University with a major in Neuroscience. He went on to earn his Doctorate of Dental Surgery from the University of Michigan where he participated in an immersion program with a focus on digital workflows in dentistry and computer aided design. Dr. Stark also completed an externship at Sao Paulo, Brazil, focused on multidisciplinary management of craniofacial anomalies, such as repair of cleft lip/cleft palate and maxillofacial prosthodontic rehabilitation.
While in dental school, Dr. Stark obtained a certificate in Artificial Intelligence from the University of Helsinki, Finland. He remains current with advancements in AI and their applications to dentistry. He has completed continuing education in restorative dentistry, prosthodontics, esthetics, digital dentistry, dental implants, and minimal sedation.
In his free time, Dr. Stark enjoys spending time in the mountains – skiing, hiking 14ers, fishing, kayaking, and camping. He is a voracious reader, enjoys playing the guitar, traveling, and cooking.
